This is difficult to answer – the simple response is we don’t know.
There may be a particular topic, dilemma or area of your life you wish to work on. With this mind we can focus the work and dedicate a certain amount of time to it. This ‘time’ could be in weeks or months, alternatively the ‘time’ in number of sessions for example e.g. 12, 24, 36 sessions. Fiona calls this Time-bounded work.
Alternatively, Fiona works in an open-ended way. This is where we keep working until we feel the work is done. There is no set time, no set number of session. As we work together, we assess how things are progressing and end when we feel it is time to do so.
Sessions are 50 Minutes long

The frequency of sessions is always welcomed for discussion and can be adapted to your needs. If you feel you would like a higher number of sessions per week or a reduced frequency of sessions, please bring this to Fiona and it can be explored.
